A blend of noble Greek indigenous varieties. Quality dry white wine consisted of 50% of Malagouzia and 50% of Assyrtiko.

Grown on poor gravel soils in Leontio/Nemea-Korinthos, Peloponesse. An exceptional terroir wine from vines very well adapted in the region with exceptional aeration and sun exposure. The medium altitude (450 m) along with the NE exposure and the refreshing winds during the late ripening period ensure mitigation of hot summer days, extended hanging days and guarantee healthy grapes at picking. Organic farming grapes are hand-picked at targeted ripeness levels. Controlled yield (40 hl/ha) enhances flavor concentration and quality.

De-stemmed grapes undergo a pre-fermentative extraction that extends to an average of 24 hrs and is strictly dictated by the vintage’s qualitative judgement. Light pressing juice is cold-settled prior to fermentation. Separate vinification with selected yeast strains under strict temperature control and oxygen management promises a structured and expressive wine. Fermentation is followed by fine lees contact for 8 months with occasional lees stirring. Minimal ageing in old and new oak barrels. Malagouzia with the expressive aromatic profile is finally blended with Assyrtiko that provides structure and an intense acidity allowing the wine to develop in the bottle through the years.
